Since the European Commission’s Directorate General’s meeting with industry players in February 2020, several stakeholders have put forward their positions on the question of interoperability, but a consensus on how to move forward has not yet been fully reached.

In this webinar, we will share our technical analysis of interoperability and present possible directions we can take moving forward. We will consider the pros and cons of each option in order to provide a well-rounded view of the issues at hand. Representatives of the European PROMOTioN project, co-host of this webinar, will also present their vision on the subject in light of their recent studies.

Our ultimate aim is to drive forward solutions around the issue of interoperability to support the development of MTDC grid projects.
