A review of our mid-year seminar
Staying true to our annual tradition, the teams at SuperGrid Institute came together for the mid-year seminar: a day to connect, collaborate and celebrate the progress achieved so far. It was an opportunity for our colleagues to get to know each other under a different light and in a more relaxed environment. It was also an opportunity to hear directly from our leadership, who shared their vision and looking ahead to what is coming next.
Sharing the company’s strategic vision
To kick things off, our President, Michel Serra, and CEO, Hubert de la Grandière presented the strategic roadmap for the coming months, alongside a review of mid-year results. This session offered a valuable opportunity to reflect on the milestones already achieved, explore remaining objectives, and gain insight into the strategic direction guiding our organisation.

Moving towards a regenerative future
Back in 2024, SuperGrid Institute joined the Business for the Climate Convention (CEC), a key milestone that reflects our long-term ambition to support the energy transition. The CEC initiative aligns closely with our values and has guided us in defining a clear direction for the next ten years with a dedicated roadmap.
“This roadmap is the starting point for a new approach, where we assert our determination to increase our social and environmental impact” continues Hubert de la Grandière. “With these guidelines, we have chosen to focus on cooperation, both internally and with our partners, and on the impact of our business and technologies”.
Let the creativity flow!
In line with our CEC commitment and in the spirit of team creativity, our team-building activity took the form of a mural workshop. This activity invited teams to envision their ideal company garden, reflecting our goal of bringing more nature into our work environment.
Our 14 teams let their imagination run wild during the mural workshop, each illustrating what our company garden could be like. From vegetable patches and wooden sheds to water features and quiet corners for reflection, the ideas flowed freely. These collective contributions will be taken into account in the design proposal for our garden, in Villeurbanne!

It was a day filled with inspiration, collaboration, and team spirit, and we are now ready to get our heads down for the second half of the year! Thank you to all employees for their participation!
