Solid insulator, leakage current measurements ranging between 10-13A and 2×10-3A, under DC voltage up to +/-40kV ;
Up to 4 samples of insulating matter measured simultaneously allowing for time saving and guaranteed equivalent test conditions ;
Measurement in a closed and controlled environment :
Gas nature: vacuum, air, N2, SF6 and g3 ;
Pressure range: 0 to 10 bar ;
Temperature range: 20 to 100°C ;
Humidity within the gas: RH%, ppmv.
Fully controlled measurements using the PLC control unit: DC voltage, temperature, gas humidity ;
Thanks to low noise of the HVDC generator, extreme high sensitivity of the current measurement, ability to perform simultaneous measurements for up to 4 samples, and the automatized process of the platform, solid insulators dielectric properties can be studied rapidly, saving time.
